*Clooney was accepted in the main Studbook I of the OeZP on April 9, 2005. He is registered with the ICHO and both his parents are registered ABC "Foundation", this means his offspring could be registered with the ICHO or ABC. All foals will be registered with the ÖZP. Clooney is presently being brought under saddle and doing a great job!

Clooney was bred at Windy K Curlies in Monmouth, Oregon, USA. His dam, the mare *Glory of the Philea West, is one of the last mares to come out of the Fredell breeding program which focussed on McCue and Scimitar Star Quarter Horse bloodlines. She has a mix of this rare blood with the Damele lines of her sire, the famous stallion, *Colonel Austin. *Clooney's sire, *Warrior's Big Sioux comes from Ernie Hammrich's Bad Warrior herd which adds Quarter Horse and the old blood from the stallion, *Bad Warrior and the granddam of Bad Warrior horses, *Miss Brendt Warrior. *Clooney was our first Curly Horse choice, and we are very glad to have him in Austria. He has the right blend of his father's strength with his mother's build and character, and complements our Canadian mares. Clooney has very tight ringlets in his mane and tail, and has loose round curls all over his body.
