St. George's Day Ride at the Altmuenster Riding Club!

We've got a lot of photos for you, nearly 100 horsey photos from this year's St. George's Day Ride! We would like to thank all those that contributed photos. To make it easier to see them, we have made small images which you can then click on to get a larger image. Also! We have broken up the images into sections so that you can experience the St. George's Day Ride and Show Program for yourself!

First we begin with the gathering of the horses. They come from all over the region and meet. As soon as St. George arrives on his large Noriker, they set off behind him. The parade goes for a mile or so, and heads toward the Altmuenster Riding Club's facilities, where the audience, music, and Priest all gather to celebrate a Mass. After the Mass, it is down to eating good food provided by the men and women of the Club. Then begins the Show Program. Enjoy! Click on the links below to see the images.
