Christmas Ride - 2004Altmuenster Riding Club brings Christmas Wishes to Neighbors!The Christmas Ride is tradition, with wine and song the riders visit neighbors to thank them! Of course, cookies, schnapps and punch are offered to the riders in return!Every year the Altmuenster Riding Club rides out to their neighbors to thank them for their support and allowing riders to go over the pastures in winter. A representative from the Club knocks on the door , wishes Christmas blessing and offers a bottle of wine. In return for the riders visiting, they are offered cookies, schapps or punch to keep them warm on ride! The riders think they made 8 houses this year! Whooo.... Everyone had a great time, Christmas Caroles were sung, and the atmosphere was wonderful as it began to snow toward the end of the ride. Pizza and punch were offered in the Club room afterwards!
