*Grulla Vaquera LarkÖZP 3/A-ABC/99, ICHO 111-D, ABC 466-1/2
![]() Images © Sorrel From Warrior and Champion Appaloosa bloodlines (see History). *Grulla Vaquera Lark was sired by a powerful range herd stallion, *Seeker's Warrior. Her mother is a sensitive and responsive roping mare from top Champion Appaloosa bloodlines. She carries the blood of Hall of Fame Appaloosa, Might Bright, and the 1974 Champion Working Cow Horse, Vaquero Lark. *Lark is a very special smokey grulla (dun gene on black) which means she also carries the creme gene allowing her to produce dilute colors such as palomino and buckskin foals (for example). She was born and raised on the plains of Montana but has been handled and even displayed at regional shows. She was trained in Austria by Walter Lukas, Austrian Trail Champion, and was inspected and approved to the OeZP studbook scoring the highest of our mares (and possibly the highest in Europe). Born: May 20, 1999
* = Curly Horse with a curly coat, *Lark has a 6 star pedigree over three generations.
